    To stay relatively fit
  • Q. Have you achieved your goals yet ?

    Always striving to improve myself
  • Q. Do you have a Gym Buddy or favourite "Spotter" at the Gym ?
    A. 
    Yes, always good to have someone to encourage you and vice versa
  • Q. Why did you choose Gimnasio Turre over other Gyms ?
    A. 
    Excellent mixture of different characters, great social atmosphere and good travelling distance from home. Also great owners who put themselves out to help others achieve their goals.
  • Q. Do you see your membership as a long term or short term scenario ?
    A. 
    All being well and health staying good, long term
  • Q. What is your favourite piece of equipment to use ?
    A. 
    If it hurts, then it's a favoirite
  • Q. What is your easiest muscle to work on ?
    A. 
    For me Bi-ceps
  • Q. What is the hardest Muscle to work on ?
    A. 
    Tri-ceps
  • Q. Do you go to any of our classes ?
    A. 
    Use to do circuits but due to knee issues, everything I do tends to be non impact
  • Q. How many times a week do you attend the Gym ?

    3 - 4 times a week all being well
  • Q. Do you have a current plan in place ?
    A. 
    Yes, our man Rick (owner) arranges my programme which is an unbelieveable help in reaching and improving my goals.
  • Q. Do you follow a strict Diet ?
    A. 
    Yes, see food an eat it. Still like to socialise. Seriously I am more careful on my intake especially sugary items πŸ˜‹
